“We had a lovely time staying in James’s home! Check-in was easy and a smooth process. The house was beautiful and incredibly clean. The house is in a perfect location, just walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to several restaurants. The house has a lot of space for large groups and the outside amenities really made it worth it! We had so much fun staying here and would definitely come back in the future ☻”

“We had a wonderful stay for spring break. The beach was easily accessible, just a 5 minute walk. Plenty of room for our family and lots of entertainment inside and outside. We absolutely loved the pickleball and basketball court. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of pillows and blankets for lounging.”

“From the beginning James was very kind and welcoming. It’s been years since we visited the beach and this stay was just what my family needed. What a way to end our spring break. The home was everything we expected and more. They thought of everything. I will definitely be recommending this home to all my family and friends. The best part was the pickle ball court. My family had so much fun playing. Thank you for reaching out and making sure we had everything we needed.”

“My husband and I just finished a Monday through Friday stay in Galveston, and it was exactly the reset we needed. Staying during the week was a game-changer—it was incredibly peaceful and not crowded at all. Highlights of our trip: • Family Fun: My kids stayed active the entire time thanks to the pickleball and basketball courts on-site. It was great having things to do right there. • Pet Friendly: We brought our two dogs along, and they had a blast. It’s a very accommodating spot for fur babies. • The View: After a quick storm rolled through, we were treated to a breathtaking double rainbow. If you’re looking for a quiet, active, and family-oriented getaway, I highly recommend visiting this place!”

“We had a wonderful stay at James’s Galveston beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just steps away from the beach, which made our stay extra relaxing. There were plenty of family-friendly games in the home, which was perfect for quality time together. He also had a Christmas tree set up, which really brought the holiday spirit and made our stay feel extra special. James was a great host—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating whenever we had questions. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we truly felt at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this beach house to anyone visiting Galveston.”

“We brought a group of students out to Crystal beach for 24 hours and it was perfect getaway. James was extremely responsive when we couldn’t get the fire pit working. He had extra propane and everything we needed to have a great time with a group of teenagers. We would definitely come back!! Perfect for big group getaways!”

The house was clean and had plenty of amenities available. The host was very responsive and flexible especially with our request for an early check in. “We had a great time! James was great to work with and the place had everything we needed/wanted and then some! Pickleball and basketball court was AMAZING! S’mores were a hit around the fire. My only recommendation would be to rent a golf cart to go back and forth to the beach.”

“This house was an excellent home base for our multi-family beach weekend. We had young kids ages 6 months to 7 years old and the place was well stocked with kid accessories and activities, and then lots of fun for the adults to hang out at the tiki bar and play basketball or pickleball after the kids went to bed. And the host was extra friendly and always answered right away if we needed anything. We plan to stay here again if another beach trip comes up.”
